This Privacy Policy also informs you about your rights regarding the personal information we maintain.

From time to time, we may be entrusted with personal information for business purposes. When performing activities to administer personal information, we will prescribe the work contents based on an agreement or other documentation, and use the personal information according to the guidelines within such documentation.

In respect to the personal data of our website users, customers, vendors, and partners, the Data Controller is InnoCellence Systems Pte. Ltd. We will continuously strive to prepare and update rules, policies, and other guidelines to protect personal information.

Complaints, Consultations, and Subject Access Requests (SARs)

If we receive a complaint or a request for a consultation regarding personal information in our possession from and individual or their representative, we will respond promptly after confirming the identity of the person in question. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) framework, you have the right to ask us to provide you a copy of your personal data by submitting a Subject Access Request (SAR). We will provide you with the information you request within 30 days once we have verified your identity. Depending on the complexity and number of requests made, it may take us longer to provide you with your personal data. Requests for SARs are free of charge, but we may charge a reasonable fee for time and cost in the following circumstances:

  • If an extended amount of time is required to gather and prepare your information
  • If you wish to have your information photocopied for you

Purposes of Use

The Company retains personal information to conduct the following business operations:

  • Improvement of interactive strategies, best practices case studies, user analyses, performance evaluations, and customer loyalty studies

Enquiries Concerning the Disclosure, Correction, Addition, and Deletion of Personal Information

Required documents

  • Reason for Request.
  • Copy of an identification card issued by a public institution.
    Note: When the document contains information on registered domicile, please black out such information

When a request will be made by a representative, the following documents are required in addition to the above:

  • Power of attorney: The format is discretionary. However, this document must include a valid address and signature or seal from the person in question, as well as the representative’s name and address.
  • Copy of the representative’s identification card issued by a public institution: One copy of a driver’s license, passport, pension book, health insurance card, alien registration, or similar identification document should be submitted.

Note: When the identification document contains information a registered address, please black out such information.

We may contact individuals by telephone or other means to verify personal identity.

Replies to Requests

We will reply in writing concerning the personal information within 30 days after verifying personal identities. To prevent the leak or loss of personal information during mailing, we will use “Restricted Delivery Mail Service.” Depending on the details of the request, there may be occasions when we may be unable to respond within the time limit indicated above.

When We Cannot Accept a Request

Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests in the following cases:

  • When we cannot verify the identity of the person in question or the representative.
  • When documents are incomplete.
  • When there is a potential for endangering the life, physical well-being, property, or other rights and interests of the person in question or a third party.
  • When doing so would create a significant obstacle to our company’s operations and activities.
  • When responding would violate a law.

Administration of Personal Information obtained concerning a request

We do not use personal information obtained from enquiries for purposes other than the disclosure, deletion, and correction of information in our possession. We will retain such Personal Information request for three years after responding to the request. We will dispose of all documents used for personal identification at the point in which we have fulfilled such requests.
